Bombay Group has made significant changes within its executive leadership, appointing Rhiannon Bach as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Lauren Findlay as Chief Digital Officer (CDO). Both join the C-suite at a key juncture for the organization’s evolving business strategy.

Comprehensive Luxury Portfolio and Digital Growth

The Group’s portfolio includes Bombay Club Tallinn, the exclusive Bombay Yacht and Jet, numerous upscale restaurants and bars, and the five-star Burman Hotel. Most recently, it launched Yolo.com, a newly licensed, Estonian-regulated online casino designed to offer players exclusive digital rewards and experiences integrated with Bombay’s high-end physical venues. Bombay is part of the Yolo Group’s luxury suite, serving both business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets across online and land-based operations.

Executive Appointments with Global Expertise

Rhiannon Bach will oversee marketing and advertising on a global scale for Bombay Group, directing efforts for its clubs, maritime activities, and hospitality brands. Her goals include enhancing brand strength, enriching customer experience, and growing loyalty and VIP programs internationally. Bach has accrued more than 15 years of senior leadership experience across casino marketing, hospitality, and technology, having previously worked with multinational casino operators in Macau, Australia, and the United States, and served most recently as Head of North American Growth at Atomize RMS.

Lauren Findlay will head Yolo.com and lead the digital transformation that aims to integrate Bombay’s high-end offline offerings into a seamless digital platform. With over 15 years of experience in iGaming, agency, and e-commerce sectors, Findlay has held several leadership roles including Commercial Strategy Director at LeoVegas Group and Chief Marketing Officer at Happy Hour Group, and has consulted for multiple start-ups as Fractional CCO/CMO.
